In store gift cards are delivered by post or can be collected from our High Street Shop using our click & collect service. They are presented in a craft envelope with heart closure detail.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against purchases in-store only.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are for use in store only at our Kirkcaldy High Street Shop.
Please Note: If you do not see the desired denomination in the drop down list, please add multiple options to your basket to make your desired balance. Please enter a note to your order at checkout if you would like the full total to be loaded onto one card if multiple denominations are chosen.

Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for delivery and carefully packaged in the appropriate packaging for the item(s) ordered. We take the upmost care in choosing packing materials to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to use eco-friendly materials.
This dispatching process takes 1-3 working days for most items.
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 5 business days before they are ready to be shipped.
Please note: During busier periods, dispatch times may be longer. This will be clearly communicated.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours
- Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared in-store.
- As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email.
- You will then be able to collect your order from our store during our opening hours.
- Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm, Sunday 12pm - 4pm
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 3 days before they are ready to be collected.
We would advise customers to check junk mail for email communications.
